These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and the operator of the GX555 platform ("GX555", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the GX555 website located at https://gx555.cam (the "Platform"), including all related services, games, betting markets and features made available thereon.

GX555 is an English-language platform designed for users in the Pakistan market. It does not hold or claim a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. 4.1 Single Account Rule. Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. GX555 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account found to contain false or misleading information.
4.3 KYC Verification. GX555 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests and upon reaching certain transaction thresholds. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents and any supporting documentation reasonably requested by GX555 as part of the KYC process.
4.4 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. GX555 accepts no liability for any losses, damages or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.5 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify GX555 support immediately at [email protected]. GX555 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.
5.1 Accepted Methods. GX555 references familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfer via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples only. None of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with GX555 or its gambling Services. Actual payment method availability is determined solely by the operator's current platform integrations.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change at the operator's discretion. All amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
5.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not deposit funds obtained through credit, loans or any other form of borrowed money. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
5.4 Failed Transactions. GX555 is not responsible for delays, failures or errors in payment processing that arise from your bank, mobile wallet provider or other third-party payment services. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference.
5.5 Currency. GX555 displays all balances and transactions in PKR. Where underlying transactions involve currency conversion, any conversion rates applied are at the operator's prevailing rate. GX555 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
6.1 Verification Prerequisite. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. GX555 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until satisfactory identity verification documentation has been received and reviewed.
6.2 Processing Timeframes. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, operator review queue, AML screening requirements and your account verification status. GX555 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes and will not be liable for delays outside its reasonable control.
6.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned via the same method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to operator policy and method availability. GX555 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified within the Platform cashier. Limits may vary by account tier and verification level.
6.5 Refusal of Withdrawal. GX555 reserves the right to refuse, delay or reverse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms or any applicable regulatory obligation.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. GX555 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where the Platform suspects technical error, erroneous odds, suspicious betting patterns or a breach of these Terms.
7.2 Odds. All odds displayed on GX555 are subject to change prior to bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a unique bet reference is issued, odds are fixed for that bet unless stated otherwise in applicable sporting or event rules.
7.3 Erroneous Odds. Where odds are published due to a manifest error, GX555 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. GX555 will act reasonably and transparently when exercising this right.
7.4 Event Cancellation. Where a sporting event or casino game session is cancelled, abandoned or declared void in accordance with the applicable rules of the governing body, GX555 will return stakes on affected bets in accordance with its standard void-bet policy as published in the Platform help section.
7.5 Pakistan Cricket, PSL & ICC Markets. Markets relating to Pakistan Super League, ICC tournaments and bilateral cricket series are offered in accordance with applicable sporting rules. Player and team statistics used for settlement are sourced from official governing body results. GX555 does not claim endorsement by, or affiliation with, any cricket board, sports league or tournament organiser.
7.6 Casino Games. All casino and live dealer games are operated according to individual game rules displayed within the game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical and based on long-run statistical averages. Outcomes are not guaranteed in any individual session.
8.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to eligible registered Users only. GX555 reserves the right to restrict promotion eligibility at its discretion, including on the basis of account tier, geographic location or past participation history.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, contribution rates and expiry periods are set out in the individual promotion terms published on the Platform. Users should read all promotional terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
8.3 Bonus Abuse. GX555 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, use of multiple accounts, staking patterns inconsistent with recreational play, and exploitation of technical errors. Where bonus abuse is detected, GX555 may void bonus winnings, cancel pending withdrawals and close the associated Account.
8.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unused bonuses and associated winnings will expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the Account without compensation.
8.5 Right to Withdraw. GX555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a User has already received the associated bonus, any bonus already credited shall remain subject to the original wagering requirements.

GX555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, void all bets placed during the relevant period and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where legally required.
All content on the GX555 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, game interfaces and software — is the property of GX555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or commercially exploit any Platform content without GX555's express prior written consent.
GX555 does not reproduce, affiliate with or use any officially protected logos, crests, emblems or trademarks of Pakistani sporting organisations, government bodies or financial institutions. Any references to cricket boards, leagues or tournaments are contextual only and do not imply association or endorsement.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GX555 excludes all liability for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of profits, revenue, business or data; and any losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.
12.2 GX555 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures and events outside GX555's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of Services.
12.3 GX555's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action shall not exceed the value of funds held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits GX555's liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by GX555's negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent that such limitation would be unlawful.
The collection and processing of personal data by GX555 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
GX555 collects personal data only for purposes including account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, responsible gambling compliance and platform improvement. GX555 does not sell personal data to third parties.
All data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS encryption. GX555 applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.
GX555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, GX555 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users — typically by displaying an in-platform notification and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following notification of material changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through GX555's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
GX555 does not represent that these Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan or that the Platform is licensed, regulated or permitted under Pakistani law. Pakistani users are responsible for independently assessing applicable local legal obligations before using the Platform. Nothing herein constitutes legal advice.
